One Up Physical Therapy provides mobile physical therapy services, including orthopedic physical therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, dry needling, therapeutic soft tissue mobilization, medical and sport massage, and wellness programming — as performed by Dr. Aimi Igetei, PT, DPT. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
- Appointments may be scheduled online at oneup-pt.com or by calling (469) 215-1196.
- We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or discontinuation of services at the provider’s discretion.
4. Insurance and Payment
- We are in-network with select insurance providers. Coverage is subject to your individual plan terms, and we are not responsible for coverage denials or disputes with your insurer.
- We verify your benefits prior to your first visit; however, final coverage determination rests with your insurance carrier.
- Any balances not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the patient.
