Move Without Pain. Get Back to What You Love.

Orthopedic physical therapy for joint pain, injuries, instability, and everyday movement limitations. Whether you are dealing with a recent injury, a chronic condition, or pain that has been building for years, Oneup-pt takes a hands-on, evidence-based approach to getting you back to full function at a location that works for you.

More Than
Symptom Management

Orthopedic physical therapy addresses conditions affecting your muscles, bones, joints, and connective tissue. But effective orthopedic care goes beyond treating the area that hurts. At One Up Physical Therapy, we evaluate how your entire body moves to identify the underlying cause of your pain and build a treatment plan that supports long-term recovery.

With strong orthopedic experience and advanced clinical training, One Up Physical Therapy combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and patient education into a personalized program built around your needs, goals, and progress.

Conditions We Treat

Most orthopedic problems are connected. A pain in the knee may begin in the hip; a tight shoulder may start in the neck. Below is a region-by-region map of what we treat and how it links to the bigger picture.

How We Approach Orthopedic Care

Method 01 · The foundation

Hands-on
Manual Therapy.

Our licensed doctoral-level clinicians use targeted hands-on techniques to help reduce pain, restore joint mobility, and address soft tissue restrictions that may be contributing to your condition. Manual therapy is applied with precision, not as a generic add-on, but as a purposeful part of your overall treatment plan.

Method 02

Movement Analysis.

Many orthopedic problems are driven by the way you move, not just where you hurt. A thorough movement screen identifies patterns that are placing excess stress on the affected area  so the problem gets addressed at its root, not just where it shows up.

Method 04

Dry Needling + E-Stim.

For patients with trigger points, chronic tension, or muscle guarding, dry needling with electrical stimulation can accelerate pain relief and restore normal muscle activation particularly when combined with manual therapy and exercise.

Method 03

Individualized Exercise.

No generic printouts. Your exercise plan is designed for your specific condition, your current fitness level, and your goals. Each session progressively builds your capacity so you can manage your health independently long after treatment ends.

Method 05

Patient Education.

Understanding what is happening in your body is part of healing. Dr. Aimi walks you through your condition, your treatment rationale, and what you can do between sessions to keep progress moving forward. You are a partner in your own recovery.

Care for the Way You Move

What Happens at Your First Visit

Your first appointment includes a complete evaluation by a licensed doctoral-level physical therapy clinician. We review your history, assess your movement and strength, identify contributing factors, and explain your diagnosis and treatment plan clearly.

From there, each session is structured, progressive, and focused on measurable improvement, so you know what is happening, why it matters, and what comes next.
