Q1.

What Insurance Carrier do you accept?

At One Up Physical Therapy we render one- on-one cash based services at affordable prices. Most insurances will also reimburse for services paid with cash. We provide you a super bill/ service invoice to take advantage of insurance reimbursement.

Q2.

Do I need a Doctor's Referral before making an appointment? 

No. Due to being a cash based service, we are able to see you as soon as you like without a Doctor's referral for 15 days. To continue care past 15 days, we will need to get a doctor's referral according the the practice laws in Texas.

Q3.

Where is the Clinic located?

We are a mobile practice. We provide services at the comfort of your home, office or gym. We also offer virtual appointments to increase accessibility to skilled care regardless of your location.

How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment in a variety of ways:

1.) Fill out the contact us page with a date and time that works for you

2.) Give us a call at (469) 215- 1196 or send an email to aimigetei@oneup-pt.com

3.) Schedule an appointment online by selecting the desired service, then click next and fill out the appointment form and calendar.
